About the Program
Our Jump Start Program is what you would know as our “Basic Obedience” program. This program is great for any family who wants to learn how to better manage their dog at home, and begin creating a more positive and fun relationship with their dog!
This program will help you and your dog achieve a good jump start on good manners, introduction to obedience and healthy social skill development (with people and with other dogs).
This program is suited for dogs ten weeks of age and older!
This program is not suitable for super shy and timid dogs, aggressive or reactive dogs. Those dogs do deserve a more tailored and extensive approach to achieve the great life they deserve!
In our Jump Start Program we will focus primarily on low-distraction based situations and on leash obedience with a focus on positive reward food based training.
What's Included?
Basic Obedience Commands: Come, Sit, Stay, Leave It, Look, Introduction to Leash Manners and Door Manners.
Training Equipment: Any training gear/tools that work best for your dog to maintain the fantastic results your dog will achieve. This includes collars and leashes!
One Follow Up Support Lesson: Upon completion of your program, you will have access to one refresher lesson as needed!
All of this ensures you and your dog will receive a great Jump Start to your new life!
Refresher Boarding: Going someplace fun? Upon graduation you will unlock our premier refresher boarding for your dog at a discounted rate! We will train your dog while you’re away, maintaining those great results you worked so hard to achieve! All while your dog stays with the people they have come to trust and love, ensuring a stress free and fun filled trip for the family (and your dog!)
Board & Train Option:
Our Board & Train Program is conducted in a family home environment, this means no stressful and boring facility/kennel environments. Benefits of this are less stress, no dirty conditions, someone with your dog all day every day and night and a realistic training environment for your dog to succeed, all while your dog becomes a part of the family for their stay. All dogs live INDOORS only, no outdoor kennels or outbuildings. Your dog is our family! No wondering where your dog will be, transparency is always provided to every family! We have heard so many horror stories of other Trainer's not. disclosing where their dogs will be, here there is no question! Additionally, you will receive multiple training lessons while your dog is in training, which is really uncommon in todays modern dog training world!
Length of Training: Two Weeks Boarding & Training with our Trainers
What will your dog be getting or doing each day? How about you?

1-3 Formal training sessions each day (Monday through Friday, weekends vary)

1-3 Walks each day.

8-15 Potty Breaks & Playtime per day (alone or with other dogs and people)

Home Access/Living & Lounging (access to living along side the family, lounging around the house, access to doggy door and yard play or time on the couch if allowed!)

Weekly personal phone updates (Saturday)

Photo/Video Updates uploaded online almost daily at no additional cost.

1 In-Person Graduation/Exit Lessons with your dog at the end of their program.

Exit Groom (Bath, Blow Dry, Nails, Ears)
Private Lesson Option:
Our Private Lesson Package Option is designed with you in mind! Once per week you will meet with your Trainer who will teach your dog and yourself a few new things each week, leaving you with “homework” to practice with your dog. Your homework should not be over-looked though, as it is imperative that you follow through to ensure you and your dog progress correctly to achieve those amazing results you seek! You will meet at Onslow Pines Park in Jacksonville, NC and one lesson in your home.
Length of Training: Four Weeks (4 private lessons, once per week, 1-2 hours each)
